Deserted 5th and Broadway : 1 Minute Before the Zombies Arrive

Its very surreal to see the junction of 5th and Broadway in the Flatiron District of Manhattan to be this calm. Anyone familiar with the Flatiron / Union Square area knows that it is an extremely vibrant and busy area. Its almost as if I am to see unrestrained masses of zombies flooding from every corner any second now...
