Urban Nature

The recent warmer weather allowed for a nice walk on the Canal...

The gold fish repopulated quickly after the cleaning done last year.

Many were drawn to this one spot, which was a pipe that would bubble up intermittently, can only guess that's because its warmer there.
They aren't speaking to each other at the moment...

Rusted Beauty

Ahhh, rust...Where neglect just feels so right! There's a hidden charm and beauty to the slow oxidation of metal that fascinates me.

Thats either rusted copper, or a vulcan crime scene... Behind the City Market.

Rust, fire escapes, and graffitti...These are a few of my favorite things... Behind One Indiana Square, close to the under construction building 3Mass.

The North end of the canal, close to 10th street.

North Illinois Street

The next three shots are from the same building on Court Street, close to East Washington Street and the Jail II.

I love this shot!

This one too. Those old metal stars are all over older parts of Indianapolis.

Under a railroad underpass on the section of Market street that is under construction.
