I believe it is still active, but was currently on a mission at the time, so didn't go in. I have bookmarked it for a future visit.
I live nearby but I've not seen anyone go in, though there's usually people hanging around the tattoo shop and the Emerson.
Indeed there were; as a matter of fact, you just forshadowed a future post ;)
