That building with the blue panels in the first picture was the Indiana High School Hall of Fame Museum until it moved to New Castle.
Meant to say Indiana High School Basketball Hall of Fame Museum.
I did not know that; thanks for the historical trivia!
Then it became an FBI office, before locating back in the Federal building
