The Stutz

Automobiles were once manufactured here back when Indianapolis was the first 'Motor City' in the early 20th century. Located at the corner of 10th and Capitol...

These two have detail that is best if viewed large...

I assume you've discovered the Duesenberg facility, now part of the IndyGo complex at Harding and Washington?

I've done some photography in that area, but have never post any shots of the Duesenburg facility. I have done some shooting of the Solotken Sheet Metal across the street.

While I love the black and whites, I'm much more curious about your choice of location for the color photo at the top. If you had pivoted just a tiny bit more to the right, would we see the giant parking lot of the IU Medical Complex? Either way, excellent framing.

You are correct on the IU complex, but at the time of shooting that photo, I was scoping out a composition method that would put much more attention of the signal mast shadow you see to the right. I knew I wanted to capture the Stutz building, but I new I really wanted that shadow...lol
