That circular park configuration at Brookside & 10th is so 70's. I won't say "retro" because it probably dates to that era...
Is that your camera or is the top of the One Indiana Square LED purple? I thought it's usually blue. Hmmm
If I had to take a guess, it would be the result of influence from the surrounding lights in the shot; they probably 'confused' the sensor in the camera.
