Just For Fun : The Red Scare

Unlike Wisconsin Senator Joseph McCarthy, my claims of seeing red everywhere are actually credible. There is no pattern to the order of the photos in this post, they just feature a significant amount of red.

This is a fire alarm pull box located close to Main Street in Dumbo, Brooklyn...

An early dusk sunset is painting part of the AT&T building red in downtown Indianapolis. Taken from the corner of Illinois and New York Streets...

There's always something charming about puddle reflections. This one was taken on Alabama Street in Indianapolis' St. Joseph Neighborhood...

The closest thing Indianapolis has to a 'red light' district...Taken near Maryland and Pennsylvania in the Wholesale District.

Yet another red photo from Indianapolis, this is a fisheye photo from the 22nd and Talbot area in the Herron-Morton neighborhood...

A Manhattan bound Number 2 Train approaches the Simpson Street Station in The South Bronx.

This was taken near Wall Street and Broadway in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan. Once again, we are graced with a charming puddle reflection.
This mural is located on 2nd Avenue in East Harlem. If your a rust fan like I am, you gotta love the rusty red at the bottom.
Most of these shot contain quite a bit of detail and are best of viewed large, you may click the image to do so. You may also access geotagging data by clicking on the photos.

Love the fisheye shot of the stairs in the Herron-Morton neighborhood. What a neat optical spectacle. Very, very nice.
