Beautiful Light Pollution II

Taken near the location of the previous one. I do like the former better than this one, but I like how this shot demonstrates how the light emitted from the blue LED header around One Indiana Square shoots up into a foggy sky...

Saw this from my balcony a week or two ago when it was between cloud bursts. I couldn't figure out what it was because I didn't think those lights would shine straight up like that.

It's kind of odd, because none of the other light emitted from other buildings behave like this. I'm not really well versed on characteristics of photons emitted by LEDs, verses light emitted by more traditional incandescent sources.
